Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth

December 24th, 2011

* ratings & reviews
An excellent book by Ina May Gaskin to get familiar with physiology of a natural birth. A half of the book is full of positive birth stories. It is written clearly and most of statements are supported by scientific studies.

It helps to understand the fascinating natural process of childbirth and moreover, at least for me, it implies positive emotions toward it. This is what I can say from the mental level about the book. However, I still can not speak out of experience ;-) , I would recommend this reading to any woman considering natural birth.
