I’ve found a very interesting channel of the Buddhist Society of Western Australia. Based on the talks by Ajahn Brahm I watched, I would call it Buddhism Applied. The talks are neither about religion nor directly about spirituality, but show nice practices for a joyful life. The one below postulates to slow down and enjoy whatever you are doing. Even for watching it I had to slow down and only after some time I could really enjoy it. I watched several talks, a. o. Dealing With Difficult People and The Negativity of (fake) Positivity and there are still many interesting topics to choose. The Society has also some downloads… just explore them for yourself.
